From the grassroots to the international levels -  I work with clients to dream, to clarify their big vision & why, all while ironing out the detailed strategies & tactics. My consulting draws from over 10 years of experience in the trenches as a social entrepreneur and movement leader.

I am by nature a bridge builder and community weaver. Just as ecological communities flourish symbiotically, through my facilitation style I build resilient leadership systems through cultivating synergy. The environmental challenges of our time require us to come together in unprecedented numbers across geographic, racial, age, religious and cultural lines of difference. I have worked with thousands of people around the world to make harmony from diversity - to help people take refuge in their common values, their common dreams and visions of a healthy and flourishing Earth we know is possible. My facilitation style is influenced by immersions I’ve had with the Work that Reconnects and YES! .
